Service: Entertainment flight simulator experience and sale of gift vouchers.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, purchasing a gift voucher, or using the website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The terms applicable are those in force at the time of booking.

2. Nature of the Service
The flight simulator is provided solely as an entertainment experience.
It does not constitute:

• Flight training
• Aviation education
• Pilot certification
• Licensed instruction

Any explanations, procedures, or demonstrations during the experience may be simplified for entertainment purposes.

3. Booking and Payment
Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
A binding agreement is concluded once payment is completed.
Prices are stated in DKK and include VAT.
We accept card payments and Klarna where available.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)
4.1 General 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear written notice to:

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of purchase.
If withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction (including Klarna payments).

4.2 Exception for Date-Specific Leisure Services
Pursuant to Section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to services related to leisure activities where the agreement provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Bookings for a specific date and time are therefore non-refundable.
By completing a booking for a fixed date and time, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

4.3 Gift Vouchers
If a gift voucher is purchased without booking a specific date:

• The customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw.
• The voucher must not have been redeemed or used.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Once a voucher has been redeemed for a specific date, the withdrawal right no longer applies.
Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months unless otherwise stated.
Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
Vouchers are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Changes and Cancellation by the Customer
One free rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session or in case of no-show, the service is considered performed and no refund is granted.

6. Changes by the Provider
The provider may adjust the scheduled time by up to ±60 minutes for operational reasons.
In cases of force majeure, technical failure, illness, or safety reasons, the provider may reschedule the booking.
In such cases, the customer is entitled to a new date. Refunds will only be provided if required under mandatory Danish consumer law.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing to sim@fly-one.dk.
We aim to respond within 14 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may file a complaint with:

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law.
